Let me start off with, super thankful that I found this company. Jacob came by to see what was going on with my garage and was able to fix it the same day. He was very professional, no hidden fees or unnecessary add ons, told me what they could and couldn't do to get my garage door back to being operational. Had a great experience and if I'm ever in need of garage repair services (which hopefully I dont have any more garage door problems) they'll be my first call. Their work is warrantied and priced reasonably.

I contacted LDS on a Friday afternoon about an intermittent issue plaguing my garage door. Jacob was willing to come late that evening or even Saturday morning, but since it was currently operating, I was fine with a first thing Monday morning appointment. Monday morning, as promised, Jacob arrived to listen to my issue and perform a complete inspection of my system. He made recommendations of repairs with several price points. He corrected my specific issue and replaced all the rollers on the door to help eliminate any future issues. Completely lubricated the entire setup, adjust tensioners, etc. Not only is my garage door now operating better, but it is also much quieter. All for a reasonable cost and warranty.

I had a phenomenal experience from a top notch company. I called around 3pm, and explained that I think I need a new door due to the damage on my current door. Jacob explained my options, and gave me possible prices for my choices. He them told me that even though he was headed to a job in Fernandina Beach, if I wanted, he would still come to look at my door all the way in Fleming Island. Very impressed by his dedication, I took him up on his offer, he arrived around 5:30, and told me he could actually repair my door, saving me thousands! Then to my surprise, he said I can do it right now if you want! I was truly shocked and pleased at the same time. In about an hour or so, Jacob had my door working like new. He lubricated, adjusted, and tested everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend using this company if you have any garage door needs. They are hands down the best!
